This page covers the terms of use for digital products sold by Red Stick Studio (RSS Handmade), including fonts, tooling patterns, and other downloadable assets. By downloading, installing, or using any digital product purchased from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Copyright & Ownership
Red Stick Studio (RSS Handmade) / Maggy Marsh retains all intellectual property rights, copyright, and ownership of all digital products sold under this license. Purchasing a license grants usage rights only, as described below — it does not transfer ownership.

Standard Commercial License — $24
Tooling Patterns & Digital Assets
Purchase of a pattern or digital asset grants you a license to use the design to create and sell finished, physical handmade goods, up to 250 finished items per pattern purchase.

- You may not resell, redistribute, rent, sub-license, or share the digital files themselves.
- You may not claim the original designs as your own.
- Large-scale or bulk commercial use beyond the tiers below requires direct contact and a signed Custom Enterprise License Agreement.
Fonts
Standard Commercial License — $24
- Up to 2 unique users within one organization
- Up to 5,000 physical or digital products sold
- Up to 25,000 monthly website pageviews
- Up to 10 unique users within one organization
- Up to 50,000 physical or digital products sold
- Up to 100,000 monthly website pageviews
Tooling Patterns & Digital Assets
Purchase of a pattern or digital asset grants you a license to use the design to create and sell finished, physical handmade goods, up to 250 finished items per pattern purchase.
- You may make and sell physical products incorporating this design, up to the stated limit.
- You may not share, resell, redistribute, or repackage the pattern file itself, in original or modified form.
- You may not use the pattern to mass-produce goods via factory, outsourced, or non-handmade production methods.
- Need to make more than 250 items? Contact us — extended/wholesale licensing is available.
- Credit to Red Stick Studio (RSS Handmade) is appreciated but not required.
